DOG REGISTRATION IS FREE

 

At the regular December 2020 meeting, the city council voted to remove the fee from dog registrations in the city. Going forward, owners only need to register their dog and provide proof of vaccination one time. The tag issued will be good from then on. Owners are still required to maintain current vaccinations and any other fees or fines (kennel fees, running at large or vicious dog fines, etc.) are still in force.

The purpose of the change is to get all dogs in town registered so owners can be contacted if necessary. PLEASE register your dog if you haven’t before. Click here to register your dog
