City adds automatic withdrawal payments

Automatic withdrawl (ACH payments) for utility payments are now available, effective Jan. 1, 2008. If you are interested in participating, please complete the form below and return to the City Clerk's office. Payments will be automatically withdrawan on the 15th of the month unless it falls on a holiday or weekend. if the 15th falls on a holiday, the withdrawal will take place on the following business day. If the 15th falls on a weekend, the withdrawal will take place the following Monday.

There will be NO exceptions made to the withdrawal date. Enrollment may be completed at any time, with payments beginning three to four weeks after that.

Please download to ACH Payment form, print it out and complete it. Then attach a voided check or deposit slip, and return to the City Clerk's office at 310 S. 2nd for processing.
