CHRISTMAS TREE DROP OFF

Looking for a place to get rid of your real Christmas tree after the Christmas holiday? You may drop it off at the Maintenance Shed located at 115 N. Third beginning December 22nd until January 23, 2012. The City of Colwich is partnering with Sedgwick County to provide a location for the recycling of Christmas trees. Sedgwick County will come out and mulch the trees periodically then the City will make the mulch available for residents at no cost. Contact City Hall at 796-1025 for information on how you can obtain the free mulch.
