The Planning Commission/Board of Zoning Appeals is an appointed body responsible for planning related to orderly development within the City including the adoption of a comprehensive plan and recommendations to the Governing Body on zoning applications, site development plans, and conditional uses. This committee meets the last Tuesday of each month at 7:30 p.m at the Administrative Center 310 S. Second.

ZONING APPLICATIONS
Screening Plans are due 10 days prior to the scheduled meeting
Deadline for filing applications is one week prior to the publication
Publications Dates are 20 days before the scheduled meeting
PLATTING APPLICATIONS
Preliminary Plat filing deadline is 30 days prior to the scheduled meeting
Final Plat filing deadline is 25 days prior to the scheduled meeting
